Hello! My name is Jae!!

I am a certified life coach, mindfulness instructor and hypnotherapist. I graduated from The Southwestern Institute Of Healing Arts (SWIHA) and have a degree in Transformational Psychology with concentrations in Spiritual Studies and Hypnotherapy.

                                Venting sessions

Do you just want someone to vent to who will listen without judgment?

  Do you have a secret you need to get off of your chest?

Schedule a venting session with me and let’s talk about it!

                                  10 minutes – ($10)

                                  20 minutes – ($20)

                                  30 minutes – ($30)

*Additional minutes available upon request and will require additional payment.*

 

                       Meditation Instruction ($50)

          There are several different forms of meditation.

     Finding a form that fits your lifestyle can be difficult.

    Schedule a session if you would like some guidance.

 

                              Coaching Sessions

                           Spiritual coaching – ($100)

           Has your belief system recently changed?

 Are you going through a spiritual crisis and don’t know what to do?

Schedule a spiritual coaching session with me and let’s discuss!

Life purpose coaching – ($60)

                 What are your passions and talents?

 Let’s come up with a plan to set you on the right path to step into who you are meant to be!

 

    Post-narcissistic abuse recovery coaching – ($70)

      Have you recently left a relationship with a narcissist and can’t figure out what exactly happened or how to move forward? I’m here to listen to your story, give you more clarity on what you went through, and will give you the tools you need to move past everything you have been through.

Hypnotherapy sessions

 

  Is there something that you would like to change on a subconscious level?

      Hypnotherapy will help you to connect with your subconscious where suggestions will be given to            facilitate change.  A Susceptibility test done beforehand will help me to determine how subconsciously receptive you are to hypnotherapy and is included for free with your session. 

         *If you are not receptive, I won’t proceed further and we will discuss an alternative option.*

 Stress reduction- ($75)

 Smoking cessation- ($100)

 Past life regression – ($200)

Are you curious about who you were in a previous lifetime and how it lead to who you are today? Past life regression hypnotherapy will help you to unlock those past memories to help you progress in this current life. A recording of your session and a debriefing after the session will also be included.

Extended 1 on 1 mentorship
